The core of a double-disc refiner consists of two relatively rotating discs. The pulp enters the refining zone from the feed pipes on both sides. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and pulp pressure, the pulp is kneaded, crushed, sheared, and rubbed by the teeth of the discs, which fully dissipates and separates the fibers to form a uniform pulp. The equipment can achieve constant power or constant energy control to ensure the stability of the pulping effect.
