The D-type hydrapulper is a specialized device for pulping raw materials such as waste paper and corrugated cardboard. Its tank is shaped like the letter “D”. When used in conjunction with an hydrapurger and a drum screen, it efficiently removes light and heavy impurities such as plastics and tape, improving the quality of the pulp. Impurity handling efficiency: With the addition of an impurity separation system, the removal rate of light impurities (plastics, foam) reaches over 85%, while the accumulation zone of heavy impurities effectively reduces rotor wear, extending the equipment maintenance cycle by 30%.
High-concentration pulping process: operates within a concentration range of 3-5%, and can be implemented in intermittent or continuous modes to meet the flexible switching requirements of different pulping processes.
