The Reject Separator uses a streamlined rotor and specially designed sieve plate combination. The high-speed rotating rotor creates a centrifugal vortex that continuously separates light fibers from heavy impurities, while the open-area sieve plate ensures smooth passage of qualified pulp without clogging. This design achieves impurity removal efficiency of over 95%, while recovering more than 85% of usable fibers from rejects that would otherwise be wasted.
Key wear-resistant components (sieve plate, rotor blades) of the Reject Separator are made of high-hardness stainless steel with anti-corrosion treatment, extending service life by more than 30% and reducing maintenance downtime and replacement costs. Leizhan offers models with processing capacities ranging from 50 to 500 tons per day, adapting to both small-scale paper mills and large integrated pulp production lines.
