In waste paper recycling processes, deinking is the most complex part, its main task being to separate the ink from the fibers to ensure the whiteness and quality of the recycled paper. First, the raw materials are processed. Then, the waste paper is sorted into different grades using a vibrating screen and a chain conveyor to remove heavy impurities. Next, it is pulped: the waste paper enters a rotary drum pulper, where the waste paper fiber bundles are broken down through mechanical and hydraulic action.
